What's included in the Intro Session?

  • Initial Consultation : one of our licensed EMS trainers will understand your goals, physical history and limitations to complete your profile so that we ensure the best results.

  • EMS Introduction : a brief discussion about the benefits of EMS training and the results that we can expect to achieve together. 

  • Starter Kit Rental : this is the clothing that is worn for the workout. If you would like to purchase the Starter Kit prior to starting the Into Session you will receive a discount on the Starter Kit.

  • 20-minute Intro Session : Once connected to the device your licensed trainer will test out and find out your muscular baseline to program your memory card for the intro session. These numbers will be saved on your memory card for future sessions. Sessions are led by our licensed trainers, followed by guidance on pre & post EMS nutrition, hydration and recovery methods.
